NH5: Charming 1BR in Historic Home

Welcome to our cozy 1 bedroom apartment with a private kitchen and bathroom. The apartment is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. It is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. Our property also features a shared hang out area, which includes a pool table and fireplace. In addition, Penn Highlands Hospital is located just 1.2 miles away from our property, making it an ideal location for travel nurses and other working professionals.

The apartment is completely private and located on the first floor of the house. This floor also contains a shared game room and lounge area as well as the coin operated laundry room. These are available for use to all tenants and guests.

Newly installed mini splits have been installed in this apartment so guests can fully control the temperature of the apartment.
1) Both smoking and drugs are strictly prohibited in and around the property. Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited.
2) If we find any cigarette or marijuana ash found within the home, we will be collecting a minimum of $1000 fee.
3) Please do not rearrange our furniture and keep it clean before you leave.
4) Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 11:00 PM.
5) No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 4 people.
6) Ensure all doors are locked and windows are closed when you leave the property.
7) Parents must not leave children unsupervised and are fully responsible for their safety at all times.
8) Report any damages and/or breakages immediately.
9) No eating or drinking in the bedrooms.
10) Turn off any electronics/lights when you leave the house.
11) A late checkout fee of $50 will be applied to anyone that leaves the property at 11:00am or later on the day of checkout.
12) USE OF SECURITY CAMERAS - The security cameras are on the exterior of the house and main entrance doors. They are monitored by Flamepool Properties LLC who own the building.
13) Please do not rearrange our furniture and keep it clean before you leave.
14) No cats allowed
