This bright one-bedroom apartment has 68.49 m² of interior space and a 6.01 m² private balcony with city skyline views. It welcomes up to two adults and one child, with a king bed and 1.5 bathrooms. Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, Dubai Fountain and Dubai Opera are a short walk away.

THE APARTMENT
Enjoy a comfortable living room, dining area, floor-to-ceiling windows, two smart TVs and a dedicated workspace. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, gas stove, oven, dishwasher, cookware, dishes and cutlery. Wi-Fi, air conditioning, an in-unit washing machine and dryer, bed linens, towels and bathroom essentials are provided.

SLEEPING AND BATHROOMS
The bedroom has one king bed and a full en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and separate walk-in shower. A separate guest toilet is off the living area, giving the apartment 1.5 bathrooms in total. One child stays free. A standard baby crib is available free with prior request. There is no separate adult bed or sofa bed.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests have private use of the entire apartment, plus access to the building's shared swimming pool, gym, children's playground and one free parking space. Shared facilities are subject to building opening hours, access rules and occasional maintenance.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Self check-in is via a lockbox. Check-in is from 3:00 PM to midnight and checkout is before 11:00 AM. Please send your expected arrival time before travelling. Only registered guests may access the apartment. Please respect neighbours and building rules.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
The Opera District offers restaurants, cafes, shopping and entertainment along Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Boulevard, with convenient access to Downtown Dubai's best-known attractions.

SAFETY
A smoke alarm, fire extinguisher and first aid kit are available. There is no carbon monoxide detector.
