House Rules:
1. All guests must provide a passport copy before check-in as required by DTCM (Dubai Tourism Department) and building management.
2. Prior to check-in, the Holiday Home Guest check-in document must be signed by the guest, forming a Holiday Home contract between the Licensee and the Guest.
3.Access cards and keys are essential assets of the property. In case of loss, a replacement fee of AED 500 will be charged per card.
4. Respect the property's residential amenities, security, and neighbors. Please avoid any disruptive or inappropriate behavior.
5. Guests must not create noise that is offensive to neighbors, especially between 10 PM and 8 AM, including during arrival and departure.
6. Smoking is prohibited in non-smoking areas.
7. Children under 14 must be supervised in all recreational areas.
8. Guests may not make any alterations to the Unit without prior written approval from the owner.
9. Comply with vehicle parking rules and show consideration to others, minimizing disturbances.
10. Dispose of garbage and recycling according to the Unit, building, or community guidelines, using the allocated bins and areas.
11. Guests must not leave rubbish in public or common areas and must follow the relevant garbage and recycling collection schedules and requirements.
12. Guests are responsible for their valuable personal belongings. The management will not be liable for any loss.
