Experience luxury living at its finest in this stunning studio apartment located in the heart of Jumeirah Village Circle. Boasting breathtaking views, modern amenities, and space for up to 3 guests, this apartment is the perfect choice for those seeking comfort and sophistication in one of Dubai's most sought-after locations.
We reserve the right to ask for a deposit of 500 if the guest has no rating on Vrbo or a low rating.
Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited. Any breaking of this rule will be charged at 150 AED.
For same day bookings we may need at least three hours to ready the apartment which can be equal to or later than the mentioned check in time.
We kindly inform our guests that there is a late checkout penalty of 150 AED per hour (unless approved from host). This fee is intended to cover the costs of rescheduling cleaning. However, we understand that circumstances may vary, and the waiving of this fee is at the discretion of the host. Thank you for your cooperation.
