The staff at this hotel is amazing. The room was spotless. And the food served in the hotel's restaurants was excellent. The hotel is one block from an amazing promenade with access to many other restaurants and beaches.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly, they gave us early check in and late check out. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel is more boutique style which we really liked. It is close next to West Beach, and about 500 meters from a mall that has supermarkets, restaurants, and pretty decent shopping.

I actually stayed at Mileo for a total of 28 days, and it was by far one of the best hotels I've stayed at in a long while. The service is way above par, and the staff go above and beyond to make sure your stay is the most comfortable as possible, nothing is too much. A massive shout out to Amona, Oraz, and Ksezia (I think that's how you spell it, sorry) at reception, who are the shining light of the front desk (along with everyone else of course, just too many names to mention. The gym facilities and spa are also top grade, and Claudia the manager is the absolute best. A great PT too, so if you want to get a session in, I would highly advise. Will be back time and time again. In fact, I’m hoping to stay longer term at the residences, and after speaking to the general manager Hossam, I can’t imagine staying anywhere else. Thank you all again so much!

First of all, I’d like to thank the hotel manager for resolving my booking issue so efficiently. I also want to express my appreciation to all the staff — from the receptionists to the room service team and the valet — they were truly outstanding. As for the hotel itself, although some facilities like the rooftop pool are still under development, the room was fantastic in every way — spacious, clean, bright, and beautifully decorated. The price is reasonable and I believe it will get even better in the future. I would highly recommend this hotel

Excellent hotel, all staff are amazing, got upgraded to executive room with no extra charge with breakfast, made my day. Helpful tip - Palm Mall/Aura Skyview/Palm View is 10 mins walking distance, dont use Google maps, just ask the friendly staff and they will guide you through

Mon séjour au Miléo Palm Jumeirah s’est très bien déroulé dans l’ensemble. L’hôtel allie discrétion, confort et le raffinement propre au luxe de Dubaï. Étant un établissement récemment ouvert, quelques travaux étaient encore en cours au niveau de la piscine, mais cela n’a en rien altéré la qualité du séjour. Le personnel est particulièrement professionnel, réactif et attentionné. Lors de mon arrivée, la chambre attribuée ne correspondait pas à celle réservée sur Expedia. Après en avoir informé la réception, une solution m’a été proposée immédiatement : un changement de chambre avec une vue sur la mer. La piscine située au 9ᵉ étage offre un cadre agréable et une superbe vue. Les alentours regorgent de lieux charmants pour dîner ou prendre un verre, dans une atmosphère élégante et détendue. À noter qu’en soirée, la circulation peut être dense sur cette partie de Palm Jumeirah, compte tenu du grand nombre d’établissements du secteur. Un petit incident sur ma facture (une boisson non consommée) a été réglé instantanément et avec professionnalisme lors du check-out — un détail qui témoigne du sérieux du service. Ma chambre était communiquante, ce qui peut nuire légèrement à l’insonorisation. Je tiens à remercier chaleureusement l’ensemble du personnel pour ce très agréable séjour. je le recommande sans hésiter.
