The hotel looked nice online. When we arrived, we couldn’t check in until 3pm If rooms are available early, you’ll receive a text. I traveled with 11 of my girlfriends, and we all felt the same. The rooms smelled musty and felt damp, and we didn’t care for the food. It was very difficult to request a washcloth, and the liquor wasn’t good at all—there were no frozen drinks. The elevators and escalators were constantly being worked on, and there were too many children if you’re looking for an adults-only resort. The trip itself was a beautiful experience; however, I would choose a different resort. This isn’t like other RIUs we’ve stayed at, and we take girls’ trips every year.

The food and drink was first class,plenty variety of food at the buffet restaurant and the Italian,Lebanese and Thai restaurants were out of this world,pools were very busy and the swim up bar was excellent and always plenty alcohol to choose from.the hotel entertainment at night was shocking for the size of hotel,not much variety and pretty boring to be honest,hotel is to far away from Dubai city centre but taxi was about £15-£20 which isn’t much,last thing,the Russian people that were there are arrogant and expect just to walk in front of everybody and think they can get served before everyone else,unfortunately for them there is a queuing system all over the world that they need to follow like the rest of us

Very nice hotel, good water park for children of all ages, rooms had good air con and were cleaned to a high standard. I had an accident whilst at the hotel and staff were very good, had a nurse on site and we were very well looked after

The hotel is near Airport, has a good beach and pool area, stuff are kind and friendly the prices is very reasonable for Dubai and the food is very good but compared to the other hotels in Dubai it is not luxurious and doesn’t have all the facilities that 5 star hotels have at the same time it is chilled and relaxed you don’t need to dress up and it is far from city centre 30 minutes ride I think it is good with family
