Will never stay in this Golden Sands ever again

1. Unclear direction information to the hotel (The hotel didn't even inform me which Golden Sands Hotel I should go after I booked the room on this website). 2. The first room they gave me couldn't be opened so they changed one for me; somehow, the telephone in the second room was broken so I couldn't call my friend in another room and the front desk. 3. Unfriendly service attitude. When I complained the things above to the staff at the front desk, he only answered me "we always inform our customers the number of the building" and then totally ignored me afterwards. Keeping ignoring me even I showed him the confirmation I received after I booked the room online.

優點:食用完的碗碟每日都有房務汁拾房時洗, 缺點:開頭幾日每日回來後都發現1) 沒有補充洗髮水、沐浴露、浴帽, 2) 毛巾更加似係接番好條已用毛巾掛係度就算,沒有更換!還有拿走了一條小毛巾但卻沒有補回 3) 補充了糖和奶卻沒有補回咖啡包! 經多番致電趨促過了大半小時才有房務員送回!連續趨了幾日,之從後幾日就沒有遺漏了!

Very Bad Experience – Dirty, Noisy, and Poor Service I had a very disappointing stay at Sun and Sands Downtown Hotel in Dubai. The hotel is poorly maintained — rooms are dirty, and basic cleaning is often ignored. Every night there are loud fights and disturbances from the nightclub located near the lobby and reception, making it impossible to sleep or relax. The staff are unhelpful and quite rude, showing no concern for guests’ comfort or complaints. It feels like they only care about collecting money rather than providing any real service. This hotel is definitely not worth the price and does not reflect the hospitality standards expected in Dubai. I strongly do not recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, peaceful, and respectful place to stay.
