「Rooms were very clean and suitable for our party of 6. The house was very good with plenty of lounge space and also large bedrooms so we could have some time on our own. We were a party of 6 people attending the state titles of lawn bowls and the property was very convenient to all 3 bowling clubs hosting the event.」

「A repeat visit to this lovely property. Immaculately presented both inside and out. Quiet retreat in a semi rural setting but close to all attractions and the centre of Dubbo.Feel very at home and will definitely visit again.Elaine」

「Great shot to stay and nice neighbourhood」

「The property has space for both the teenagers and the adults to relax and enjoy the holiday. 」

「Fabulous. We were a group of 6 (2 kids, 2 adults, 2 older adults) and the 3 rooms each with a queen bed suited us well. Plenty of space, cupboard full of board games, the little sun room was warm even in winter. I also love accommodation that not only provides tea, coffee and sugar but the other essentials you need if cooking so you don't have to buy that each time - cling wrap, alfoil, cooking spray, etc. It's so thoughtful and gives it the extra touch. Only suggested improvement is more...
