I did need to use the complimentary earplugs because it's directly beside the railroad track and there are frequent trains, including at night, but with those in I slept great, comfy beds. "A special shout-out to the dining area attendant and desk agent on the morning of 5-3-24. I left my luggage in the coffee station area of the dining room that had just closed. It was turned in at the registration desk and the agent took the initiative to call me as soon as it was discovered. We were only a short distance into our drive, so we didn’t lose too much time returning to retrieve it. A tremendous blessing for sure!"
