Here is what is offered exclusively for you:
* The outdoor (ground floor level) offers a private and heated Swimming pool 11m x 3m with a fully automated salt electrolysis system, a sun-deck area with 5 deck chairs and sea views, a covered outdoor dining table with barbecue, and a lounge corner. There is also an outdoor shower.
*The ground floor (pool level) has an open-plan living area (45sqm) that includes a stylish and fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities a modern guest needs for a comfortable stay, a spacious dining area for 8 pax filled with natural light; a very comfortable living room and with a direct approach to the sun deck area, fully air-conditioned. Large glass walls connect the villa’s interior with the exterior so you are directly connected to the sunbathing area for maximum relaxation and enjoying the Mediterranean climate. There is a separate toilet on the ground floor.
* The lower ground floor is approachable with an indoor staircase and offers a Media room with a sofa, PlayStation5, a TV, and some games for more fun. Next to it is a relaxing zone with a Finnish sauna, a shower, and two relaxing sofas. There is a separate room with a washing machine, a dryer, and ironing amenities.
* The first floor offers 4 bedrooms as follows:
Bedroom NO1 (15 sqm) with a king-size bed 180cm ×200cm, A/C, TV.
A family bathroom (4,8sqm) with shower and toilet.
Bedroom NO2 (13 sqm) with a king-size bed 180cm ×200cm, A/C, TV.
Bedroom NO3 (10,2 sqm) with a king-size bed 180cm ×200cm, A/C, TV.
A family bathroom (4,6 sqm) with a shower and a toilet.
Bedroom NO4 (17,4 sqm) with a king-size bed 180cm ×200cm, A/C, TV, panoramic sea views, en-suite bathroom (5,8sqm) with a shower and a toilet.
NOTE: The swimming pool will be in function from the beginning of April till the end of October.
