「What a gem! We were pleasantly surprised with Park Point Marina. After a lackluster stay at the Radisson, we switched to here for our second night's stay in Duluth. Since we came in the winter, the prices were very reasonable, but even during peak season, Park Place is still worth what i assume are premium prices.
First impressions were that the resort has tons of character. It doesn't rely on huge open spaces like most hotels, but instead offers a cozy, very homely "up north" costal cabin...

「So cozy, gorgeous, just the right balance of rustic and yet comfortable and thoughtful! We loved sitting on the porch to eat brunch and look out over the lake and having fires in the living room. Plus the sauna was a hit! Thank you!!」
