Great spot and very nice property

Spent the weekend in Duluth with friends, this was a fantastic place to stay, right in the middle of everything. Walking distance from OMC.

Great location

This place was the perfect spot for a weekend getaway with friends. Very cute space, and the perfect location that is walkable to restaurants, bars, and breweries.

Weekend getaway

Very clean and cute unit and plenty of space for our family of 4. Fun restaurants, coffee shops and brewery just right around the corner. Could’ve spent one more day exploring the area!

Great property and great location!

The unit was really nice and clean. Wonderful appliances and local coffee to brew too. Hosts were easy to get a hold of and very courteous and helpful. We enjoyed the location - walkable coffee, breweries, restaurants etc. What was really helpful for us is we could bring our two small dogs! We would definitely recommend and stay again.

Very nice accommodations! I give high marks to all areas except the check in process. Access to the house was VERY confusing and it delayed us from entering the house by almost 2 hours.

Super updated property in the craft district. Outstanding location easy walking distance to everything; shops, restaurants, breweries, etc. It had good parking available for my clients to visit, and is a safe area to stay and walk.

I wanted to have a more positive review to offer as we arrived for our stay and were missing linens for multiple beds but the folks at the help center were fantastic. Very responsive, kind, and got us our linens right away! But the neighboring units were extremely loud, to be somewhat expected, this is a popular and busy area of town, yet the units are quite old and all sound traveled straight into our unit with multiple children. Our biggest complaint was we had approximately 3 hot showers between 7 people over the course of 3 days. We’re not big complainers so I’d still say it was an acceptable stay but not having hot water really clouded the overall experience.

Weekend in Duluth

My husband & I stayed with my 80 year old parents. The only issue we had was the bathroom that was on the 2nd floor with the bedrooms - the tub was very deep and slippery. We also had a hard time figuring out the tv. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay - very clean and had everything we needed.

Lincoln Park property

We were in Duluth volunteering at the MN Dental Association’s Mission of Mercy & needed to be at the convention center clinic at 5 am each day. The noise from traffic/ motorcycles was a problem. Also, no hair dryer & the hot water did not last through even a speedy shower.
