"The room was clean and the staff were all very friendly and helpful.
However, I wish there had been a few more amenities, especially a refrigerator and a hairdryer.
Also, I contacted the resort by email before my arrival, but I did not receive a reply until the last minute, which was quite stressful. Overall, I had a pleasant stay."
