“We were in town for a wedding that started at 3:00. I called around noon that day to see if we could get into our room early so we could get dressed and ready for the wedding. I was told the room was ready but to check in early would be a $25 fee. Even though our room was ready & the hotel had many vacancies. I’ve never had to pay a fee before anywhere that I’ve needed to make this request.
The hot tub was scorching hot so we couldn’t enjoy that and the pool water was green and murky.

“Our room was spotless! The room & comfortable & had plenty of room. The bathroom was also spotless! Nothing was out of place & smelled clean as well! Very nice! All staff was pleasant & friendly! Breakfast was great with just the right amount of choices ”

“2 stars is pushing it.
NONE of the light outlets for pugging in your phone worked, the outlet being used for the floor lamp literally came out of the wall,
The pool, which was one of the reasons we booked, was shut down with no seeable timeframe of being fixed.
Only outlet that worked was behind the bed, not to mention it was way overloaded.
Curtains did not close! We were on the bottom floor, where people walk by, and they could glance in at any time.
Overall would not stay again.
