- The private Guest Suite is located on high bank oceanfront property, offering a cozy intimate space overlooking beautiful Maple Bay -- we've recently added a hot tub to the patio area.
We are within walking distance of Maple Bay Beach, and a short drive to pubs, restaurants and hiking/biking trails.
Studio is complete with full piece bathroom. Kitchenette includes a small fridge, induction stove top, microwave/convection/air fryer unit.

Beautiful property, the room was very tidy and well decorated. Some of the furniture is very old and seems fragile but it has a lot of charm.
We didn’t get around to using the hot tub but we did enjoy the view.

We had a wonderful stay at the suite. It had everything you can possible need, even games and puzzles, the hot tub was a nice way to relax in the evening. Can definitely recommend this place for a relaxed stay with beautiful views and things to explore in the area!

We stayed 6 nights. The suite was very comfortable and well equipped with anything we could have needed. The setting and views are beautiful, and the hot tub was certainly a lovely bonus. Would definitely recommend.

We had a great stay at Kathy’s place. The view is amazing and suite had everything we needed. It was Summer so we didn’t use the hot tub but I’m sure it would be great in the winter.
