The Rainbow River Bungalows is the perfect destination for a fun and restful getaway! Stay in one of our private units and have all the conveniences of an outdoor paradise just outside your door! Enjoy FREE access to the Rainbow River via the Marion County KP Hole Boat Ramp, perfect for launching your boat or kayak. Our community center has a huge chess and Connect Four boards, so you can challenge yourself or your friends. Grill the perfect dinner on our outdoor grills or roast some S'mores by the fire! Dogs and kids will love the dog walking area and public garden beds. Take a leisurely walk and enjoy hammocks for a great afternoon of relaxation. Bungalow L is a spacious one bedroom with an open floor plan and an inviting front porch seating area. Get ready for an unforgettable getaway when you choose the Rainbow River Bungalows!
This is a friendly community of other vacationers just like you.
*Please be respectful of common quiet hours of 8pm-8am.
*Please keep dogs leashed and clean up after them.
*Please no open flames in the units
*Please no parties
*Please no smoking (including vaping) or use use of illegal substances.
*Pet fee includes 2 dogs. Additional pets allowed with prior approval and additional pet fee. Please inquire with host.
*Please count the lanyards in your unit, there is a $25 fee for each missing lanyard upon your departure.
*If the home needs attention during your stay please notify me immediately so that we can remedy it during your stay. Guest are responsible for any damage that occurs to the bungalow during their stay.
*All units are on a septic system, please do not flush anything down toilet other than toilet paper.
*Upon checkout there is a $100 hold on the card on file for incidentals. This is not a charge. The hold will fall off the card in 30 days, if there are no damages.
*There is a 5% processing fee on ALL REFUNDS. Guest may cancel 60 days prior to checkin for full refund minus 5% processing fee. 50 % refund minus 5% processing fee for refunds made more than 30 days in advance. There are no refunds less than 30 days prior to checkin.

We loved it! The location was perfect for us since the main purpose of our stay was tubing out of KP Hole. The bungalow was great! It was clean and sooo nice. If I had one thing to critique it would be that the mattresses on bothe the bed and pull out sofa could use an upgrade. BUT I would still rate our stay a 10/10.

Great Location!

The property is walking distance to KP Hole/Rainbow River, it's a newer property and spacious. We had mostly what we needed in the unit, there weren't linens available for the pullout couch and the unit had a very strong musty smell but was fine for the weekend.

Our new go to vacation spot.

Was pleasantly surprised with property. Inexpensive, clean and beds were comfortable. When traveling I ALWAYS get back pain from the beds. I never got pain & slept through the night which is rare. Walking distance to park. Local golf course was beautiful.

What a beautiful place

We had a great Family trip! Place was clean plenty of room for my dog to walk around and enjoy himself. Walking distance to KP hole. Kids and I laid in the big hammocks at night to see the stars. Definitely staying here again.

Quiet park like setting walking distance to KP hole Rainbow river access. Room for a couple and maybe a kid or two on couches. Perfect base for enjoying region.
