The stay was excellent, the property was exceptionally clean as far as these places go and stocked with just about any utensil you can think of!
Plenty of room and with a great view over the surrounding hills. It's just far enough out of town that it feels secluded, but not far enough away to be inconvenient.
That being said, this is a conjoined property, so the owners are just through a wall so take that into consideration, though to be fair they were very respectful of privacy and such and left us to it other than to greet and see us off when the trip was over.
Some small notes, you will need a midge plan, the house (being a bit old and grand) has plenty of gaps on doors and nooks where midges will get in. Don't make the mistake we did on the first night and leave lights on in the evening!
Also, there was a fire pit / barbecue with a very generous amount of wood but oddly nothing to light the wood with!!! We had to buy some fire starter but to be honest this was a tiny bit of ironic oversight compared to how well the rest of the house was kept and managed.
Hot tub was also exceptionally clean, I believe it was completely refilled every night, you'll understand how that is accomplished when you get there ;)
