"Used the hotel as a base for a weekend break. Bedroom was comfy, quiet, and the shower was a good 'un. Everything I needed... oh, and the breakfast was cooked just the way I like it. I'll be staying again if I'm ever down that way again 👍"

"We arrived late to the accommodation, having informed the hosts in advance. Access directions were accurate . The ‘old’ house is not in a good state of repair and Flat 7b requires serious cleaning and decor repair . The carpets were heavily stained, as was the sofa (to the point of not using it), ..."

"Perfect little space to use as a base for exploring around Edinburgh. Nicely decorated and comfortable bed. The welcome leaflet stated there was tea,coffee, a wee dram and a treat... However the tea and the wee dram were missing. There was also a funky smell in the kitchen and things weren't that ..."
