「This booking was a nightmare from start to finish. I think it's a scam listing, and I'm still trying to get my money back! The host was unresponsive. I kept sending them messages to get a confirmation from them, and I never heard back.Vrbo sent me a 'Keys to your trip' email with an address for the property that went to an empty lot. The taxi driver was just as confused as I was. In the end, I had to book myself into a hotel because I couldn't find the property using the details provided to me....

超棒的住宿體驗

"房間很美、乾淨舒適，美景無價。服務人員非常親切熱情，電話聯絡後接駁的高爾夫球車也都能很快速的出現。渡假村內的設施很多，也有適合小孩參加的活動，最棒的是可以寄放小孩在遊戲室，有姐姐幫忙看顧。"

Completely not a 5-star resort

"We stayed at Water Pool Villa for two nights, I don’t think this is a five-star resort. Don’t stay if you scared of insects, insects are everywhere, they fly to your food, your bed, your pool, your mouth. The facilities are just okay, kind of tiring. The kids club is quite terrible, no AC even it’s in 35 Degree Celsius. Spa is okay, not impressive. The buggy service definitely made the worst experience and ruined our day on our departure. It came too late leaving us no time for the buffet breakfast in the restaurant. The staff managed to send us takeaway breakfast boxes, however, they taste awful. "
