“Everything was operating smoothly, including the appliances. The photos accurately depict the apartment, with the bed and pillows being the most comfy features. The building is secure and quiet. Thank you, Jorge, for your prompt response and simple solution. I'm enjoy my stay.”

“Great Apartment, check in was simple. Great location! - Wish we had access to common areas like pool, gym and jacuzzi but due to covid the building has a no access policy for guest that are not staying for at least 3 months. These rules could change so I advice to chat with Milton before hand. Highly recommend.”

“Muy tranquilo el encargado muy axcesible y el ascensor no tenia que esperar mucho tiempo muy limpio el edificio y los alrededores tambien todo dentro del apartamento estaba limpio y funcionaba. Very quiet the manager was very accessible and the elevator did not have to wait a long time very clean the building and the surrounding area as well everything inside the apartment was clean and working.”

“Excelente lugar, súper acogedor excelente para pasarla un día cocinar descansar, tiene Netflix, muy buena limpieza y atención, estuvieron al pendiente de la llegada, hay muchos restaurantes, tiendas, miniMarket cerca. Un hermoso lugar para disfrutar en pareja o sola! Sin duda alguna volvería a reservar aquí. ”

“First thing I did try to communicate with the owner. They didn’t respond until the day before I left. I was there from Wednesday to Monday morning. Couch smell like pee the main bedroom shower burn my wife the beds hard as a rock and flat pillows cooking pots scratch and over all it’s not really in Sambordon it’s more in daule. Hopefully no one eles would need to experience this horrible experience my family and I had to. And the place is still under construction lots of dirt.”

“apartment itself is very nice and location as well but you will be kept up at night by barking dogs and be woken up at around 4 a.m. every morning by a rooster that someone in the neighborhood owns. the last night was a holiday so people in the apartment next-door were partying until very late so we didnt get any sleep. i realize these things are out of their control but it is still frustrating. overall yes apartment is nice and owner is very responsive but beware of the rooster!!”

“No la recomiendo muy mala experiencia eso es una estafa pagué por un departamento de 3 habitaciones y balcón y la dueña me dio uno de dos habitaciones sin balcón y aparte todo sucio sin toallas las camas sucias estaba como que recién la habían desocupado el baño con cabello en los jabones ella te ofrece que puedes tener acceso a la piscina y eso es mentira no tienes acceso a nada de eso es un robo pagué 450 dólares por 2 noches y me dieron los que le dio la gana y eso que no me querían ni dar……
