「Not as advertised」

「They had amazing bfast excellent staff and clean rooms but what I found baffling is that the hotel is not wheelchair friendly they have no ramps into the property just stairs」

「the stay is wonderful, staff are friendly and helpful, location is great, near to beach and food court. it's pity that I am here for business, can't spend more time here in hotel.」

「Best place to stay in Durban, such a peaceful and calm environment.」

「All」

「Loved it. The staff members were really great, the highlight of my stay. 」

「Clean room」

「Check-in was horrendous. The toilet was not cleaned. The TV did not work. The aircon remote was missing and the lights would not turn off.」

「Staff was incredibly helpful expect for a lady by the name of Thobile at front desk as well as her front desk manager , I asked for assistance to add another stay and they said they could but was very rude and not helpful at all ! Refused to give me an extra card and only wanted me to get me card for my second stay even though I said I was adding an extra person , after saying I was adding an extra person and she charged me she said she needed to charge again cause she didn’t hear me say I was...

「The hotel was not cleaned holes in walls cockroaches, spiderwebs everywhere. The name was not even on the building like it didn’t exist. I didn’t even end up staying and they won’t give money back! Just a disgrace」
