"The staff are fantastic and very accommodating. The cleanliness of the hotel was not as good as previous visits. The hallway on the first floor was dirty and needed a good vacuuming. In our room, the headboard and bedside table were damaged. The carpet needed hoovering, the shower rail was loose and the door strip in the shower needed replacing. There was also black mould around the bottom of the shower. The carpark is very tight for parking which isn't helped by people not parking within the designated spaces. The road is very noisy at the front ."
