「The house was not at all as represented on the website. We tried repeatedly to communicate with the owner, who only responded to one initial concern- that the house had no heat and we had to sleep with the temperature at 52 degrees the first night. We had no heat in the kitchen and living room for the first 20 hours of our stay. The owner did not respond to any of our other concerns. 「First of all, this was a tremendous house. Very spacious living room/den/kitchen area that allowed our entire group to spend time together easily. The bedrooms were ample and clean. The basement was very fun and full of games (pool table, air hockey, foosball, etc). Wraparound deck with hot tub. Just a great house. 「We just returned from a wonderful holiday family ski trip. The house accommodated 15 of us comfortably. 7 bedrooms to fit a large group of adults and kids. We enjoyed family time and watching tv in front of the fireplace. We had just enough room to eat cooked family meals and we played many of the board games the host had left for visitors.
