「This is an absolute 5-star rental! I couldn’t have asked for a better stay in Dyersville. Jennifer was a fantastic host and made everything effortless. The apartment is spacious, beautifully decorated, and within walking distance of the If You Build It exhibit and restaurants. Chad’s Pizza and Dyersville Family Restaurant were my favs. Best of all, it’s only a quick 10-minute drive to the Field of Dreams movie site. I’d recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!」

「Very nice place, everything is new and updated. Close to Dyersville, we were in town for a baseball tournament.There was a bad storm that went through with tornado warnings and Nick checked in on us to make sure we were safe and that we had power. We were also able to check in an hour early which was very nice. Nick was responsive to my messages. Would definitely stay here again. 」

Awesomely renovated building that has cool history - of which the info was provided by the host along with suggestions on spots to eat and sightsee! Very stocked kitchen! They thought of everything! Dekker is the most responsive host I’ve ever worked with for a trip, and when I told him we’d be arriving in the later evening, he went over and turned some lights on for us! Again: Amazing! I recommend this place BIG...

「As it turned out we really just needed the room as a place to sleep for a night after a late local concert and Angie was very accommodating and willing to work with us to help us be comfortable accessing the room at our unique times」

「It was so cute!! The house is in a great location. The kitchen is top notch, the bedrooms spacious, the living room homey, and the bathroom has three sprayers!! The Wi-Fi worked excellent the first night but lagged a little the second night. I think it’s because a larger party arrived upstairs that day. 」

「One of the cleanest rentals I have ever stayed in. The bed was more comfortable than my bed at home! There was supposed to be an air mattress in the closet and it wasn’t, I messaged Ken and within 5 minutes he brought it to our door and offered to set it up for us. My only suggestion would be supply a small amount of ziploc bags, foil, plastic wrap…things of that nature. There are 40 indoor stairs getting up there. Try the owners restaurant on the first floor too, absolutely amazing!!」
