This was my second time staying at this hotel. The last time was in 2021. To be honest, everything in our room was worn stained and falling apart in places, the phone didn’t work, the heat and air-conditioning didn’t work We put a hanger on our door to order breakfast and it was collected but didn’t arrive. When I went to check out the employee told me they had no record of me checking in…the woman beside her who had checked me in the day before told her colleague she had checked me in. They both just shrugged and took my key cards and apologized profusely. They were very helpful. All staff were excellent, and the service was great The building and the location are lovely, but I won’t be coming back anytime soon. For the price, the rooms need some upgrading unless I got a one off b bad room. It’s too bad because our first sta at this hotel in 2021 was absolutely fantastic.
