Awesome home and location for a quiet weekend. The lake frontage is as fantastic as any on the chain and it’s hard to want to spend time anywhere other than on the lake front

Annual fam trip

Great location and neighborhood. Awesome sleeping arrangements. Outdoor to dock is steep and doors didn’t close well. All and all, I do recommend this property!

The house was beautiful. The screen porch or the outside porches were where we spent most of our time looking at the lake. The neighborhood was wonderful for walking our dog who loved looking for deer. The kitchen was well equipped. The furniture was comfortable. The bathroom was loaded with towels. Our only issue there was the water pressure was very lacking. There are a few maintenance issues such as part of the deck railing is rotting and needs to be replaced to be safe. The trim on the bathroom door just needs to be reattached. We would certainly stay in this house again. If you have trouble with stairs there are quite a few to the lake. It would also be helpful if the light switches were labeled. We never did find the switch for the lights to the lake...

Eagle River Sailor's Point

Home very spacious for our family vacation. Plenty of beds. Quiet neighborhood. Kitchen had adequate dishes, bowls, bakeware, pots and utensils. Caught some bass, perch and bluegill... some right off dock. Went boating on Chain... saw some eagles and loons. Deer spotted while enjoying morning coffee on deck . A lot of steps to waterfront which is common in this area. We were here Memorial Day week. If you bring a boat, the house is on dead end road and quite tight for backing. Enjoyed our time in Eagle River.

Great family trip to Eagle River

We had a great family week in Eagle River. The house was large and fit everyone. The inside was clean and had most everything we needed. There were a lot of steps to the lake but was worth it for the beautiful view. The dock was great to hang out and we had a place to dock our rental boat. My only wish were for better door latches on both bathrooms. Lower level would stick and people were stuck, upper level latch didn't work and there was a hook. Seems like this was mentioned in previous comments. Overall a great house in Eagle River.

Fantastic home, great location!

Our family enjoyed the spacious home. It was clean inside and welcoming. Plenty of towels and the kitchen is well equipped. The canoe and kayaks were so much fun to use. Firepit area was great! Excellent dock to relax on and store our boat. We enjoyed all of the wildlife surrounding the area. We encountered deer, eagles, loons and our very last day snapping turtle hatchlings! The eagle river chain is beautiful! We caught a variety of fish- perch, bluegill, walleye, smallmouth bass, rock bass and a musky. Only a few suggestions for improvement-outside of home needs to be cleaned (cobwebs galore),better Wi-Fi & comfortable living room furniture. Overall an excellent time was had by our family.

Gorgeous location and home

Nice spacious place. There were cobwebs throughout the house hanging down, bathroom needs work on first floor. The doors between bathroom and main bedroom are broken... replace them. Inside liner to shower was filthy. Location great. View great! The recliner in living room was broken. Couch very uncomfortable.

Yellow Birch Lake Family Week

Our group of 7 adults and 4 children had a great week. We especially enjoyed our time spent in/on the water. Lots of steps down/up to the lake; several basement lights didn't work; kitchen sink needs working plugs..

Very nice house

The house is very nice. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. There were lots of fluffy bath towels. The outside going to the lake is a little treacherous. It is not elderly friendly as it is very steep with large steps. The lake is absolutely beautiful!

Nice getaway

The house was nice and we ate most of our meals there. The dock was wonderful and we were able to rent a boat and keep it right there. Swimming was great The dogs loved it. The fireplace was a nice touch especially when it got down into the 40’s. Used the fire pit once. Definitely not for someone who can’t walk up and down hills. Appreciated the Scandinavian touches being Scandinavian!!

Wonderful Stay on Yellow Birch Lake

Spacious home, in safe neighborhood offered the perfect spot to make a week full of fun memories. House was clean - I am very picky when it come to rentals and cleanliness and this easily passed my standards, with lovely decor & artwork. Washer & dryer onsite was nice. Kitchen was pretty well stocked. Dock area was also clean and along a nice part of the lake! We really enjoyed this particular chain. Recommendations to owners would be to provide more detail to the amenity list, we ran out of garbage bags, t.p., and paper towels (grocery store is a quick drive). It would have been nice to know more about what the kitchen was stocked with. Also, there were no garbage cans in the garage/outdoors to put out garbage in. We ended up stacking them in the garage.

Week in Eagle River

This was a wonderful property! The kitchen had everything you could need, the bathroom towels were thick and fluffy, there was tons of space, there was a very nice space to dock our boat, the beds were nice and comfy, and then there was that amazing view! We had a very enjoyable week taking in early fall in Eagle River!!

Our late August stay
