"Upstairs hall and room was hot (until I turned the air on). Shower curtain was mildewy. Never saw the continental breakfast. Had to ask for the room to be serviced and when they did the bed wasn’t touched. Overall, not what I expected"

"I stayed at this property with my son, my mother and our dog while visiting family. The house was very clean and well stocked. The check-in/out process was simple. It was in a quiet area, even during the 4th of July. Mike was great to work with and very responsive to any questions."

"Lots of space to move about or have family and friends visit. Found the bed upstairs the most comfortable. All rooms have a TV and plenty of bedding. Could use a welcome basket, basic rules book, guest sign in, and tip envelope for clean up crew."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay but what would really have helped is if there were at least a larger skillet, larger pot, a pairing knife and vegetable peeler. The other thing that confused me was having to pay a high cleaning fee and still expected to wash and dry towels, dishes and strip beds and remove trash. We basically paid to clean the place ourselves. "

"They have many company policies or loop holes to charge you all kinds of extra fees when you get to the office to check in and without any common respect for basic life. They are only concerned about the dollar that they can make right then. "
