"I stayed while working at Albany Medical Center, and it was a perfect location for this! I could walk to the hospital, shops and restaurants. The apartment was cute, quiet and very clean. It was a great place to come home to after a busy day. Michaela, the host, was very helpful and responsive -- checking in on my stay. I appreciated the available washer and dryer. I will definitely stay at this apartment again if I am in Albany."

We enjoyed our stay very much. The only area that was perfect was the outside stairs to the front door— uneven, steep, etc. We had older guest with us and this was concerning. But we managed. "We could not get in the front door luckily another tenant let us in and borrow their key for the night. The host didn’t respond for over a hour and a half . The next morning we found moldy food in the microwave that had to have been there for weeks. No toilet paper. The shower does not drain you’re lucky if you have time to clean off before it’s overflowing. Then the host tried to blame me for not contacting her about the problems. I sent messages in real time as I found things as we were there...

"Hotel was close to the Highway which is why we chose it ( online, unfamiliar with area). Booked via Expedia. Staff gave us the farthest room away from lobby he possibly could ( not that we WANTED that) and the room stunk, stale air. Beds were not comfortable at all. Could really use some updated mattresses. Room was clean. Area felt a tad sketchy, not much around it and it was dark when arrived. Literally wanted a place to pull in and sleep before getting back on road."

"I totally enjoyed my stay at this Hilton Garden. The quiet, beautiful landscape outside was refreshing. The room was very clean though the carpets definitely need replacing due to being worn out and stained. The airport shuttle was outstanding. My room faced the front of the building and I enjoyed all the trees surrounding the area. This location is right across from the airport, but with the beautiful forest of trees 🌳 and tranquility it was very perfect. The staff were friendly, the restaurant was excellent with fantastic food. I will definitely stay there again."
