Since this is a resort I was surprised that no one took our luggage to the room. The water smelled like sewage. When filled the jacuzzi tub water was so dark and murky we didn’t get in it. The lady at the dive club was putting on makeup when we came in and didn’t lower her mirror to acknowledge us. The staff at the restaurant were very polite and friendly. The food was good most days but the beach bar tender was rather rude. Overall this isn’t a resort I would recommend.

Overall not a bad place but don't appreciate they are not using a current photo of the beach. There is really no good beach access at this resort. The seaweed and trash is a little out of control.

The room had a beautiful ocean view. It is an older establishment, but everything was clean and well kept. The food was excellent, but most of all, every single staff member was friendly and went above and beyond our expectations.

The condo was clean, though definitely needs some updates and refurbishing. The location is fabulous with a paradise view. The staff was friendly and courteous and very attentive. The only area that needs a lot of improvement is the reservation process. It was stated that the resort should be contacted with any requests. Three weeks before our check-in date, we sent a message to the reservation dept. at the resort explaining that due to our ages, we were requesting a unit on the ground floor. They replied stating that they would do their utmost to accommodate the request, but could not guarantee it. Why not? When we arrived they gave us a second story unit which required climbing 27 stairs every time we left or returned to the condo, including carrying our nearly 50 pound luggage up and down. We reminded them that we had requested a ground floor unit and were told that none were available, but they would let us know if one became available. We requested a ground floor unit again mid-stay and and they said the same thing. They never ever got back to us or apologized for their lack of "trying their utmost" to grant our request.

The chickens pestered guests on the beach begging for food and the roosters made a loud racquet through out the night and early morning. Also the pools were so cold you couldn’t swim and the ocean was too rough with rocky bottom, cutting up your feet and scraping your legs. Everything else was great, food, staff, room, etc. very clean and well managed resort.

A lot was unacceptable! By far not, what was advertised! Very poor lobby, not i smallest bottle of water at ALL inclusive in the fridge. Unacceptable tiny bathroom with two swing in doors, nobody could move ! No umbrellas, Guardian dogs to go from dining to bedroom at dark in a RESORT!

This resort is great! Staff was very helpful and friendly. Resort was clean and very pretty. It is on the East End so it was very quiet but easily driveable to the West End. Food was really good and drinks were good and strong!

The property location was spectacular. Beachfront property rooms were decent clean and all faced to the ocean. They were beautiful. Not much food selections to choose from. As being a younger family, the guests were much more older in age. Much slower resort.

We love our stay at Wyndham Reef! The staff is amazing. I gave them 5 stars. Pam at the reception was really nice and helpful. Arturo too. Barbara at the coffee shop was super sweet. And Alex and David at the beach bar were AWESOME! The other staff clean up the paths and the sand, early in the morning, so the beach and the path are ready for the guests to enjoy. On the other hand, the hotel needs some upgrades. The rooms are spacious but the decoration is quite odd. The bathroom was pretty small. The amenities are quite dated too! Just the lobby looks more modern. The gym is quite small for the size of the resort, so it gets pretty crowded sometimes. Food was pretty good. The dishes at the beach bar were yummy. We got the All Inclusive option and it was a great choice. The have daily activities that are fun for the guests. We enjoyed our stay.

We had such a amazing experience at the wyndham reef resort! The food was the best all inclusive food ive ever had! We had concerns at first about not doing the premium all inclusive upgrade but we really didnt need it everything was so amazing. It wasnt over crowded here either- no fighting for lounge chairs or getting up super early to reserve one. Our beachfront room was absolutely perfect! The staff were all so friendly and accommodating. Definitely stay here, highly recommend! It was also very clean! 10/10

We enjoyed our stay. The resort has everything you need. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, the food was good, beach loungers were plenty. The beach is nice, Seven Mile Beach is a tad bit nicer, but you can always take a day trip there. There is a grocery store right across the street if you need anything. The resort is definitely off the beaten path, so if you want to stray away from the crowd I highly recommend.
