I’m very disappointed I paid for all inclusive and they told me I was only to some limited not for everything they told me I have to pay 100 dollars for each person a day so I can get all inclusive and I get pissed off and I checked out the next day and left and I need my money back

The beach had sargassam that smelled, you cant help mother nature. If you are planning relaxation with no night life it was perfect! Staff is very friendly. They should do away with their all inclusive as they do not offer your typical all inclusive which is disappointing because they charge the same. Taxi rides are insanely expensive and hotel offers no shuttle service, so it is hard to enjoy the island when you want to do all the things in one day.

This is not a typical all inclusive resort and they need to clearly state that. Staff and restaurant and bar employees are great.

The staff was remarkably friendly and helpful and the food excellent. A storm had washed up massive amounts of sargasso on the beach, but they had heavy equipment out the next day clearing it. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This more of a low key all inclusive, 1 outdoor bar and 1 restaurant. The food and drinks were excellent. Our room was clean, spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The only issue and it is not the resorts fault was the smell from the sargassum. They did their best to clean the beaches. We would definitely stay here again.

The staff was fabulous, and accommodations were fantastic for the price. All-inclusive was well worth it. We could easily drive to Rum Point for excursions, and we only ate off the property twice. The food was incredible. The price is lower bc you're not on 7 mile beach, so expect seaweed. But excellent stay for the price.

We stayed in the two bedroom and it was great with enough room for our family of 4. I think there were 4 pull out beds for extra family members. Kitchen was big but we did all inclusive so no need for rhat!😜. Food was outstanding and I think we tried about everything. Drinks were great as well. We even did paddle boards and kayaks for free at resort. Pools were not the biggest but sufficed.

Property was very simple to explore and get around, the staff were super friendly and helpful with anything and everything. Was on the east end of the island nothing too crazy but still a nice all inclusive. East side was calmer more locals then west and was bout a 50 minute drive to the west side but nothing terrible. All and all amazing time me and my fiancée loved it and will be planning to return!

The staff was excellent. Friendly and helpful. We had an issue with our safe twice, but it was resolved in a timely manner. The pool was warmer than i would have liked, but it was clean. The Water in the ocean in front of the resort was not the beautiful turquoise like we love, but was told it was the time of year that we visited. (August). we rented a car, so we were able to visit many other beaches that were just beautiful.
