East Grand Forks Hotel with Pool

"The beds were not comfortable at all. The one elevator was falling apart… the other two worked but they were slow and so many people waiting it was not fun. "

"The staff at check in was great and super accommodating, we’ve had worst ones in the past. This gentleman worked with us. But the room wasn’t super clean. And the shower didn’t work well. There was guests being super rowdy and messing around us too. "

"Our stay was very disappointing. Our very first impression was walking into the room for the first time after check in at 3pm & realized the heat was off. The temperature was 54 Fahrenheit (12 Celsius) in March in North Dakota. It took until 9pm for the temperature to go up to 72 (22 Celsius). We pulled open the sofa bed for our son to sleep on and underneath was filled with garbage, food crumbs on the sheets, and the mattress was dirty and stained. There was no blanket in the room so we had to get one from the front desk. That evening one of the tvs lost its signal so it stopped working after someone was running around and banging in the room above us. After calling the front desk we were told that the hotel had gotten new tvs but not new tv boxes so they didn't work well together so we would have to unplug the tv from the box so it would refresh the signal. During the night we realized there was also no handsoap in the room as the soap bottle must not have been filled before check in so the next morning we had to request some from the front desk. We went to hang up some clothes in the closet and some hangers were broken. Overall our room felt very unclean and uncared for. I wouldn't recommend it to others."

"The staff were very friendly The breakfast tasted pretty poor.. the potatoes were not cooked properly… crunchy The hot tub was disgusting.. low on water and the lights around the pool were flickering like we were at a dance party. Hot tub looked like it was bleeding glue everywhere. No towels in the pool area. "

"Clean rooms, good breakfast. Hotel lobby and hallways and elevators wreaked of air freshener. Instant headache anytime we left the room. Thankfully it was not as intense in the rooms. Curious what smell they are trying so hard to cover up. Other than that, lovely stay and hotel. "
