“This was our 4th year having a family reunion here with grown children and grandchildren. Plus one lab. We all enjoyed the water (especially the dog!) as well as the large yard. The screened porch and the house itself are comfortable and roomy places to gather to talk and eat together. We're already looking forward to next year's reunion!”

“A buddy and I needed a place to stay for a weekend of mountain biking with a big group of friends. The location is perfect. Maybe ten minutes from Darling Hill where everyone meets to ride and less than ten minutes from town. There is a trail head on the same dirt road that the property is on, but we didn’t have the opportunity to check that trail out. The house is perfectly set up for a couple of mountain bikers. “Second time staying here. It's a great place to stay if you want to be an easy, short ride to some awesome trails and you just need a reliable home bass to hang out, get a good, hot shower, make some food, and get some sleep before heading out to do your outdoor activities. Not suitable if you're seeking luxury. But it's a great place otherwise. The owners are planning some upgrades over time, and it was already upgraded some since our last stay. I hope they get a hose out back for bike……

“Family of 5 ski vacation. 2 adults and 3 teens. This was our 2nd time in Stowe and we wanted a bigger place than the one we had 3 years ago. Cabin was as advertised. Quiet spot but only a few minutes from town and 25 min from mountain. Kitchen fully stocked with pots/utensils. Big comfortable couch. We didn't really hang out down in the basement but there was a full bedroom and the house could definitely hold 2-3 more people comfortably. Highly recommend this rental.”
