「I stayed at ITC Royal Bengal for three nights and had a wonderful experience. Check-in was smooth, and the reception staff upgraded me to a beautiful Exclusive Room with a fantastic view of the city skyline. Service throughout the stay was excellent, from housekeeping to dining.
