Close to the 95 without being loud, and the house feels very safe.Would recommend staying here, especially for the price. Two things I would flag (none of them dealbreakers at all—just information for those that might need it): (1) the very nice host will meet you and show you to your room. “This rental was amazing. The unit was exceptionally clean and spacious. The continental breakfast was more than the usual blah hotel version; very large, very fresh and very tasty. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars through was I had been getting notifications of messages from host pre check-in, but no message appeared. All in all it only took an additional 5 or 10 minutes to check in. I would definitely stay there again.”

“Very easy to reach host if anything needed. She left 2 delicious slices of pie for us on our arrival. A wonderful and unexpected treat. The apartment is well furnished, quiet and well located. It is on the second floor, so it is necessary to climb a flight of stairs to reach it. It is an old house, so the flight of stairs may be a bit steep for some, and the lighting is low during the evening hours. Just use your flashlight on your phone if you need help. “Host was great with communicating. However it snowed while we were there and no one came ever came to lay salt or shovel. I was in town for my daughters cheer competition so i had to come in and out a lot. The property itself was small and cute. Just needs a detailed cleaning on light fixtures and shower water goes from hot to cold 6 times within a single shower use. Oh the snacks were plus so thank you for that!
