「The apartment was charming and conveniently located. We were able to park on the street most days, but made use of the provided parking pass (once) for the area across the street. We were able to walk to the Brown bookstore and restaurants within a few minutes and the neighborhood was beautiful with stunning East Coast architecture. The light on the first floor doesn't work, so its almost completely dark in the evening, the steps are narrow and steep and hard to handle luggage in, and the neighbourhood is not the best (my taxidrivers rate it from medium to bad). 「I will just suggest a few things to improve the property. First would be a grab bar for the shower. It’s very high up and a bit slippery. The towels need to be upgraded. The black ones were not good. Also, a safety latch on the interior for the entry door would make it more secure. Otherwise, it’s a cute place !」

Also, not a deal breaker, but the tree in the backyard is infested with spotted lantern flies and they dripped honey dew (a maple syrup-like all substance they excrete).
