「My husband and I stayed at the rental for 4 nights. It is a basement unit but we heard very little noise from the people in the above unit. The property was as per the listing and pictures. It was in a nice quiet neighborhood. There is a lot to do in the area. 」

「This was a great apartment--immaculate, spacious and so comfortable. It was great to have a parking space, but we walked everywhere--around the Brown campus, downtown to eat, to CVS--even to the ferry terminal. We would absolutely stay here again!」

「Perfect little getaway with a nice view in a quiet neighborhood. Our host was very attentive and added a lot of generous touches, like homemade banana bread and toiletries. The hot tub was a little tricky because it was literally freezing outside, but it was so worth it once we got in. 」

「We were in town because of my niece having surgery at Hasbro children hospital. This apartment was close to everything and easy to get in and out of. We weren’t there much but everything it provided was clean and comfortable. Communication was excellent and they were very accommodating to the requests that I had made. Would certainly recommend it and would stay again. 」
