Also, not a deal breaker, but the tree in the backyard is infested with spotted lantern flies and they dripped honey dew (a maple syrup-like all substance they excrete). The light on the first floor doesn't work, so its almost completely dark in the evening, the steps are narrow and steep and hard to handle luggage in, and the neighbourhood is not the best (my taxidrivers rate it from medium to bad). 「This was a very clean property from the floors to the kitchen to the linens. It comfortably fit our family of 4 with two teenage daughters. The apartment is located on the third floor so we ended up just brining up essentials and not our suitcases. Communication was fantastic - sending all the info well before check-in. There is coin laundry in the basement. The parking is also wonderful and easy to access.」

「Noisy neighbors really negatively affected our stay and made it hard to get any sleep. The neighbors had screaming fights from 11pm to 3am with no respect for the hour or close proximity of other units. Cramped basement apartment but reasonable for the price.」
