The Space:

All the comforts of home are here. Fully equipped kitchen, high speed Wifi, smart TVs, Keurig & K-Cups, washer dryer, linens & towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and more.



A reverse floor layout allows for ocean views from the spacious & open upper level. Bonus 3rd floor lounge space with even more views of the water (be sure to check out the pictures!). Just outside the many sliding doors, enjoy a lazy afternoon with a salty ocean breeze on any of the impressive decks. Weber grill, outdoor dining set, lush landscaping, outdoor shower ... a perfect space both indoors or outside for gathering friends and family together. Truly, this exceptional property is pure magic.



We have 3 mini splits — one in the master, one in the living room and one in the family/dining room.



We have window units in the other two bedrooms (the bunk room and the queen bedroom).

Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire house, including a bedroom with bed linens, cotton linens, extra pillows and blankets, a closet and dresser for clothing storage. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and hot water. There's also an outdoor shower. Laundry facilities include a washer and a free dryer in the building. Essentials like towels, bed sheets, soap, and toilet paper are provided, along with hangers. For entertainment, there's a TV, books, and board games. The house features air conditioning, an indoor gas fireplace, a ceiling fan, and central heating. Safety features include a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and a fire extinguisher, with a first aid kit available. Guests can enjoy Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, cooking basics (pots, pans, oil, salt, pepper), dishes and silverware, a dishwasher, stove, stainless steel oven, Keurig coffee machine, wine glasses, a toaster, a baking sheet, and a blender. There's a dining table for meals. Outside, guests can enjoy a private patio or balcony, a private backyard, outdoor furniture, and a gas BBQ grill. Free parking is available on the premises. The property offers private beach access and is near a beach. Long-term stays are allowed, and self check-in is available via a keypad. Please note that exterior security cameras are not available on the property.



The Neighborhood:

Plant your beach chairs for the day right out the door with no crowds at the guest's private access to Sandwich Downs Association Beach. Beach fires welcome! Or just 2 miles away visit coveted Sandy Neck Beach, offering a protected expansive barrier beach that is rich in cultural history & most certainly will not disappoint.



Getting Around:

Getting around is easy! Free parking is available on the premises. For those arriving by air, the property is approximately a 1-hour and 15-minute drive from Boston Logan International Airport (BOS). The nearest public transportation options are limited, so having a car is recommended to explore the area and enjoy all that Cape Cod has to offer. The charming town of Sandwich is easily accessible by car, offering local shops, restaurants, and historical sites.

selling point for us. The house was clean. Linens, shampoo and soap were provided, which is really nice when you are traveling. There is a lot of room upstairs for everyone to spread out and relax. The bedrooms are a little tight if you are traveling as a bigger family. Kara is terrific! She was very accessible, quick to respond, and very accommodating. We enjoyed our stay!

Stayed about a week

We had a wonderful stay in the middle of August, taking full advantage of practically empty beautiful beaches. just a stone's throw away.

The property felt very safe, in a beautiful setting surrounded by nature, dunes and friendly residents in the private enclave.

The large living area on the first floor was a wonderful place to hang out with the family.

We took full advantage of the Weber BBQ and a few of the local dining recommendations (fab lobster at fisherman's view seafood market).

Perfect communication at all times, would be delighted to rent again.

Kara’s home was perfect for our cape getaway. Steps from the beach and all beach equipment on site (even a wagon to transport everything to the beach).

The neighborhood was very quiet and was great for morning runs and walks. We enjoyed the upstairs balcony area for grilling and cocktails.

The master bedroom was superb with a sliding door connected to the outdoor shower.

Stayed with kids

We had an amazing stay. The house is as advertised and close to the beach which was amazing and the location near 6a is incredibly convenient.

If you haven't been to the Cape before, just know the water on the north side can be pretty cold, but we still had a great time.

The master bedroom was perfect and very spacious. The kids room with bunk beds was also great. The second adult bedroom was on the smaller side, but as long as you know that going in I think you won't be disappointed.
