“My room was huge and loved the extra make up counter.
The bed was very comfortable. Very convenient to downtown!
Front desk is always so welcoming. Big lobby and the cafe and bar were nice, they just take a little bit of time, so if you are in a hurry this maybe isn't the best option.
Overall the location and size of rooms are worth it.”

“It's a boutique hotel near downtown and bordering the campus of UT. It's new so seems to be quite nice. However, it's "valet only" for parking. When I arrived and for a couple of hours after the parking lot was absolutely jammed with cars waiting to be parked. There was one young man working the valet and he said he had started the day before. Staff was indifferent to the situation. I ended up parking in a nearby neighborhood (not recommended).
