"Where to begin... The property is as far north in Moultonborough as you can get. It's approximately 12 minutes north of the center of town. The property was not clean, may not have been even broom swept! There was toothpaste on the backsplash of the downstairs sink, the stove had never been cleaned, cobwebs and spiders in various places, stained pillowcases, dishes were left in the dishwasher, the toilet bowls did not appear cleaned either. "Very clean, maintained and stocked,. in a great location. I would highly recommend staying here, we really enjoyed it and it was very close and convenient to three lakes!"

"Very clean and well organized. Comfortable beds. Kids loved all the board games.Only complaint is that the heating system is very close to two of the bedrooms so was loud and inconsistent at night. This is definitely priced into the rent because the place was very reasonably priced."
