“Incredible stay at Basalt Retreat! We enjoyed a cozy and luxurious evening the beautiful vineyard, made even more lovely by the complimentary bottle of prosecco and warm hot cocoa. The space itself is gorgeous and so well appointed—from the fascinating books to the gorgeously-scented bath products. Breakfast was delicious: an exquisite croissant loaf with butter and fig jam, plus yogurt and muesli, all made by local purveyors. If you have time, make sure to get lunch at the lovely restaurant.……

“Oliver was a wonderful host - fresh home-baked bread, butter and milk and a basket of goodies left for us, as well as a welcome sign! My 10 year old immediately felt welcome and excited to be there! The river view from the bedroom was magic in the morning. Bathroom was clean with a lovely shower. We came and went as we pleased and felt very safe. Lots of modern gadgets in the kitchen and a big TV. We enjoyed a few games of Snakes and Ladders before bed. Oliver offered plenty of local knowledge.……

“After watching the ABC segment filmed a long time ago, it is a credit to the owners to see how lovely and relaxing the accommodation is now.The Blacksmith’s Cottage is perfect for a couple. We bought cheese and wine with us as we’d read the reviews and knew a full kitchen wasn’t included. A microwave, crockery and tea/coffee making supplies were so it was perfect. The donkeys on the property were very friendly and we managed to see the Highland cattle later in the evening. Overall a great……

“We had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The host-Leasha was welcoming and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. Leasha made our stay truly unforgettable! She even took us for a ride at the back of her truck to enjoy the sunset—it was such a simple but magical moment, feeling the breeze and watching the sky change colors. Every little experience with her felt personal, thoughtful, and full of joy. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an……

“Mansour was a great host , no issues with communications at all , the couple of small issues we had were dealt with promptly and efficiently. Location was great , away from the town centre in a quiet farm atmosphere yet only 5-10 minutes to town , definitely a place to stay as far as price and function goes. We'll definitely be back , and can recommend it to anyone.”

墨尔本亚特兰蒂斯酒店

墨尔本亚特兰蒂斯酒店

8/10 好
"The room was very spacious, and although the facilities were basic, they were sufficient. However, the alarm clock by the bed was terrible. It suddenly went off at midnight, then again at 12.10 am and 12.20 am, disturbing my sleep. I couldn’t turn it off. And we need to wake up early to catch the flight at 4.00am. Not happy."
