「Overall, we were satisfied with our stay and had a good check-in experience. The staff were friendly, and we appreciated being upgraded to a better room, which was a nice touch. However, there are a few areas that need improvement. Firstly, there was no internal door lock in the room. On the afternoon of our check-in day, while we were resting in the room, a staff member unexpectedly opened the door to check the air conditioner without any prior notice. 「Stayed here for 1 night as we landed very late into Melbourne. We got to the motel at around 11:40pm. We took the shuttle directly from the airport, which was very convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious for 4, bathroom was clean and shampoo/conditioner/shower gel/ shower cap were provided. Towels were soft. I especially loved the heater light bulbs in the bathroom! It kept us warm during the winter. I would definitely come back if I had to stay near the airport. 」

「There were no slippers provided as stated in room description, although we requested for it the next day, the hotel did not even have a pair of slipper available, which was a bit disappointing. A bit of construction work is in progress outside of our terrace room. Overall the hotel is new and beautiful, the staff also welcomed us with a a bottle of wine and dessert for our honeymoon celebration.」
