"We love the hotel location, most accessible to many places of interest via the nearest subways on short walking distances. The room was clean and spacious. Massive thanks to hotel concierge staff, Carla and her colleague in same shift whose name I didn’t record, another shift’s Tristine and Sean. Carla is most hospitable and invited us to CQ hotels again for our future trips. We will! Lovely stay and love Boston!"
"You will pay for WiFi if you do not buy direct even if you are a member of their program (in my case buying direct was more expensive, I am a bonvoy member ). I wasn’t aware there would be an WiFi charge until I got to the room and couldn’t connect. I find paying for WiFi insulting and this definitely will impact how I choose hotel stays in the future. Our room was adjacent to the elevator and we could hear the wooshing of it very clearly in our room. It was not horrible enough to spend an hour or more complaining and changing rooms, but I would consider this if I choose this hotel again. They have a nice pool with hours until 10PM; but bring a suit cover-up the locker room with showers is through the cardio room; not comfortable or convenient. The location of this hotel is great. There is no hotel owned self-parking. We paid $44 per night at a lot across the street. They offer valet parking. This is your usual nice clean hotel that will cater to you if you pay more money."
"Wanted a reasonably price place to sleep. Just in town to spend the nite that was walkable enough to get me to the Boston Garden.
It fit the bill just fine."
"The person at the front desk who checked us in was rude and abrupt. She acted like we were bothering her.
I called again on the day of check out to kindly request valet to bring our car to the front and for a cart for our luggage. She was rude again and pretty much hung up the phone on me. Everything else was excellent. This is our go to hotel for a quick getaway and we really enjoy staying here each time we come. I encourage management to please train that staff better."
