"A couple days prior to our check-in, plans changed with our dog sitter. I called to ask if it was ok we brought our dog (wasn’t sure if they had to be in rooms designated for dogs) and she was so friendly and said she moved us to the first floor. We loved the door that went directly outside. The ease of taking our dog out was awesome. Our kids had fun at the pool. The staff was friendly. We enjoyed our entire stay. Thank you! "

"It was great! We were stuck overnight due to a snow storm on our way to Yellowstone. We had a nice rest day and enjoyed the pool. The water slides were great fun! Unfortunately the hot tub had broken down that morning and wasn’t working. Also, we’re towing a travel trailer and had to park in the back parking lot. Because of Al the rain the edges of the lot were a 5-inch deep lake. We know the hotel can’t control the weather, but they might consider re-paving the lot around the convention center to prevent the accumulation of so much standing water. When we were there, there was construction as they renovate the convention center so that may be in their plans. The construction was not a problem at all. We barely noticed it. Staff was very friendly. The room was clean and spacious. We enjoyed our stay. "
