With its wide, screened veranda looking out across the trees, the front garden, and the shimmering Gulf of Mexico, this Eastpoint home makes a memorable seaside retreat. Spend your days exploring some of the prettiest coastline in Florida, and your afternoons dining alfresco in the soft, fragrant breeze.

This home sits right along the Big Bend Scenic Byway Coastal Trail, less than a mile from the center of Eastpoint. It's a wonderful location for beach-goers, anglers, and boating enthusiasts alike. Be sure to visit the breathtaking beaches of St. George Island, including St. George Island State Park (11 miles) and Lutz Beach (14 miles), and catch an unforgettable sunset or two at Eastpoint Public Park (two miles).

This is a two-story home, but only the upper level is available to rent. The elevated position places you up among the treetops as you sip your morning coffee or gaze at the view with a glass of sweet tea in the afternoon.

Inside, find a charming, open living space with sunlight in every corner. There's a well-equipped kitchen, an adjacent dining area, and a living room where you can gather to stream movies at night. You won't have a washer/dryer, but central air conditioning and complimentary WiFi are provided for your comfort.

Things to Know

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
