"Staff were pleasant and helpful. Great location if you like a good walk and close to so many wonderful restaurants outside the centre! The hotel feels like it was far grander in previous times - upkeep not maintained. Not providing basic amenities (1 soap dispenser and no shampoo, soap, lotion etc), is pretty poor these days. Breakfast smelled great but chose to each at local cafes. Didn’t realise the spa wasn’t free for guests"

"Great location, staff and price but the AC is more like a wall controlled fan which didn’t really do the job in the Italian heat and the shower didn’t just stay hot/cold but jumped between when it wanted. Cannot say enough about the staff being wonderful and really easy to check in and out and the room was clean and had personal touches."

"The location is great, you can walk to the city within 15 minutes but it is quite in the area. The rooms are a bit dated but everything was very clean. Breakfast was very good, personal was helpful... There is a small parking garage for around 15 Eur per night but one can also park outside for more or less the same money."
