“We had a wonderful stay at this lakefront home! Debbie was fantastic to work with, very responsive, helpful, and made everything easy from booking through checkout.The house itself was super clean, comfortable, and truly had everything we could possibly need for our stay. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were comfortable, and the home was well cared for in every way.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful vacation.”

My only complaint would be that there is no guest book to explain the ins and outs of the rental (ie—Wi-Fi password, and or needs or do’s and don’t’s.) “"This 4-bedroom house in Sparta was an excellent choice for our work trip to the area. It’s spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a peaceful porch perfect for morning coffee and a fire pit for unwinding in the evenings. Being so close to the Lake Sinclair boat launch made it easy to get outside after work, and we enjoyed the quite place on our days off. Reliable WiFi and a well-equipped kitchen were big bonuses. Highly recommend for anyone working in the area — far better than a hotel!"”
