Advertised a pool and it ended up being permanently closed. Ruined kids weekend. Left early. Housekeeping pushy about getting in the room after being told it was fine.

Don't waste your time here!

The keys did NOT stay programmed to the room. Had to go to the front desk mulitple times to them reprogrammed. We didn't get the room that we we booked.There was no remote for the roku or the tv. The cable only had one channel on it. The sink in the bathroom leadked from the drain when it was used. There was only ONE working outlet to use betwen the lamp and charging our phones. The peep hole had no lens so people could look in our room from the hallway. The pool & hot tub were under construction so misleading as well.

It was not as it was pictured, While they were doing much work on making it better, they should have been up front about it on there web page. No pool was open, not much of a breakfast

The room reeked of smoke, it was super run down. We almost ran out of toilet paper, there were no tissues. People where lingering, doors were cracked open. It felt unsafe. One of the reasons we chose the hotel was it had a pool, the pool was under renovations. We didn't even stay the second night that we had paid for, we just wanted out of there. If it hadn't been so late when we arrived, we wouldn't have stayed the 1st night either. The whole first night I prayed there wouldn't be bed bugs. Thank God there weren't.

It was close to our destination. BUT, it went down hill from there. We booked a NON-smoking room with a king size bed, we got 2 queens. The room had clearly been smoked in, we couldn't shower because the handle in the tub came off, TV didn't work, no coffee maker and the pool he said was under renovation. I looked and nothing had been done in the pool except to drain it. I reserved the room for 2 nights, we left the first morning. I will NEVER stay there again, and will inform anyone I know that is planning a trip the Chippewa Falls, WI NOT to stay there. We are expecting you to refund the money that we paid for the 2nd night that we didn't stay. I would also like someone to follow up with me regarding to the above complaints. Doesn't anyone from your organization ever inspect these hotels to check if they are what they claim to be? I wouldn't stay there if it were FREE. They are remodeling the place. But my room had construction debris and dust everywhere!! Paint all over even on the bed! Air conditioner didn't work. They offered to move me after I told them but they shouldn't have even rented to room out. They had the cleaning person come back in to clean but it didn't get any better.

I think they might be remodeling but there's alot of work to do. Its ok for the price and we can never be too picky when travel with our dog. Staff was friendly.

There was never no one around for service, you had to pick up the phone and wait for them to answer. The breakfast was to be desired, the coffee was so black even after 8 creamers, my coffee was so black, there was no place to sit, no juices, and I'm not even picky about breakfast, but it was to be desired. They checked us in and the room was even cleaned.

We had to ask for house keeping services after spending one night there. We had to ask for more towels, a hair dryer, a remote for the TV and for cable to be hooked up in the room. There was a noticeable gap above the doors. The carpeting was dirty and not installed properly in the hallways. The pool was being renovated, but we were not notified beforehand of that. We had to search for the ice and vending machines because we were not told where they were. There was also no phone in the room, although that may be how they set up the rooms. We were told that our room was still being done, and the floor in the bathroom was not fully tiled yet. All in all, the room quality was very poor. It looks like the hotel was under new management and once it is completed, it may be better. On a positive note, the items that we needed to ask for were brought in a timely manner.
