"The room was clean, air conditioning worked well, however the only fault was the very poor water pressure in both the basin and the shower - this made it difficult to reach the correct temperature (Usually cold or too hot) and that was with the supply tap turned onto max. this is my 2nd visit and in different rooms/ floors (Ground & 2nd floor). Both have had the same issue. shame I would give this a 5* if they could sort the plumbing pressure issue out. Staff were very courteous and had a friendly approach. Breakfast was okay (full english) and they provided GF options for me. The Dinner was tasty but main course (Cod Loin) was sparse would be fine size portion on Master Chef! The hotel had a relaxing atmosphere with plenty of common areas to sit in. "

"Breakfast was decent, room was very comfortable and lovely and clean. Unfortunately there was a bit of guest noise due to a wedding being on, but it wasnt horrendous, am just a light sleeper. Lifts are a little slow to open doors. "

"Terrible place completely opposite of the picture they put and scam you .Iam very surprised how come hotels.com as a service provider don’t inspect the premises or do the checks if the property looks like what they advertised I book it for 3 days went their stayed one night as I didn't had a option to cancel and nothing was near "
