Fijn ruim en licht huis met zeezicht, een heerlijke hot tub, alle benodigde faciliteiten, op een steenworp afstand van het leuke plaatsje Ebeltoft en midden in een prachtig natuurgebied. Heel jammer echter dat de houtkachel niet werkte en dat je met open ramen/deuren of buiten op het terras/in de hot tub voortdurend geraas van het verkeer op de nabijgelegen doorgaande weg hoort. Dat doet echt af aan het gevoel van rust. Bij aankomst bleek bovendien de schoonmaak niet zo goed te zijn uitgevoerd. We hebben direct wat kopjes en keukengerei moeten afwassen, het sanitair was matig schoon en onder de beďden was al heel erg lang niet gestofzuigd.Het Novasolkantoor in Ebeltoft is maar heel beperkt geopend, maar gelukkig maakten we de dag na aankomst op een van de strandjes toevallig kennis met de betreffende manager. Die was zo vriendelijk om ons zijn eigen contactgegevens te geven met de nadrukkelijke mededeling dat we hem echt direct konden benaderen als er wat was, zodat hij het kon oplossen. Dat bleek zeker geen loze belofte!Kortom, een paar minpuntjes maar zeker ook hele dikke pluspunten.
