「The rooms are updated, cute and very comfortable. I loved the soft linens and bedding! If you like to walk, this location is great for a beautiful stroll to town for meals and shopping. (I recommend that you take E Front Ave. behind the property, to stay off of the busy road.) Speaking of busy roads, the motel is a bit on the noisy side because of being on a heavily traveled road to town. If you are not sensitive to noise, you'll be fine, if you are—bring earplugs. 「This suite was fantastic. The beds were the most comfortable we've ever stayed in away from home. It was very quiet. Location was great. Lots of trees and in the woods feeling. Loved the wood decor and accents. Kitchen was well stocked and had a full size coffee maker, small stovetop, and nice size fridge. Parking was a bit confusing for room #10 because there are no parking spots in front of the room and it's contactless check in with no front desk. Hosts were fairly responsive via text,...

「Very rundown property. The ac unit was ancient, it had buttons and dials from the 80s no reference to the temperature Paint smeared on the old rubber baseboard. Paint drips on the bathroom tile floor. Dirty comforter on the bed. (Dirt smudges) On a good note, the carpet was new, and there was a dumpster in the parking lot full of old beds and carpet. So hopefully there is an update in full swing.」

「I am extremely disappointed in the state of our room when we paid $360 for one night. As we entered the room we were immediately hit with the smell of wet dog. We were pet free. Then my husband takes his shoes off and his socks are covered with dog hair from the carpet. To top it off, the AC did not work and there was mold covering the ceiling in the shower. Extremely disappointed for what we paid.」

In addition to cleanliness issues with our room (one bed unchanged, dirty nightstand with sticky residue all over it, and bathroom had odor and dirty floor with hair and other residue) it is under active construction.
