“We learned of no room service via a letter at checkin. We called the management company to request they takeout the garbage, but no one came. The springs of the sofa bed are broken and the mattress hangs on the wires, a complete back breaker. The chairs are saggy and uncomfortable. The hot tub was dirty. The fireplace stopped working. ”

“This place was too good to be true. Very quiet and peaceful with a private entry, easy access and easy parking, very luxe space with new furniture and a very cozy bed. Nice walking path directly outside sliding door where the kids played in the snow. Unit has a single garage and a full size ex-long SUV would be a tight squeeze however the driveway is a direct straight entry so makes it easier. ”
