「On my 3rd of 5 night stay. I went to grab a bite to eat. Upon my return, I parked in the rear entrance as I did all the other days, it was more convenient. there was a manager at my door, I had asked if there was a problem and was told they were rekeying all the doors. I asked why I was not notified and they said there were signs in the lobby. I pointed to the back door and said I have been using this entrance and again why were guests not notified. 「The staff here was very helpful throughout our stay, which we really appreciated. However, the room space was a bit tight. The washroom felt quite outdated, and unfortunately, the toilet broke towards the end of our stay. It’s a decent option, but the rooms could definitely use some maintenance and updating.」
